FEU news submission and Author issue

Hello,
I use CustomContetn + FE news submission. I allow a user, that is registered and logged in, post news articles from the front end. The property, that is really needed, that the Author name would be passed to the back end, where the Admin can approve the article. And then, there are two options for this process to end:
* - If the admin is not logged in into back end, than the submited article is shown as DRAFT and no author information is shown
* - and if the admin is logged in, the article is shown as draft and the Author of an article is the username of an administrator, that is logged in at the back end.
It is hard to explain but i guess if you tried this, you would get the same result.
