ImageManager Help Auto Size

I found some related topics but no answers I am hoping someone can help.
I have done a site for a youth soccer organization and the coaches are constantly changing and instead of trying to teach them over and over again how to size an image and name an image before uploading I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to automatically have this done?
I am hoping that when they upload an image it can at the least change the size of the image to a reasonable size.
Is there somewhere that I can make this change in imagemanager or does someone know of another module that has this capability.
