Problem installing FileManager 0.2.2 - xml issue

When I try to upload and install the new FileManager, I get this warning:
Error parsing XML file. Please make sure you are uploading a .xml file and not a .tar.gz or zip file.
I've run into this in the past and it has been an extra line at the top of the xml file, but after looking at this one, there only seems to be an extra line at the end of the file. I removed the line and saved it, but still no luck.
There also doesn't seem to be a tar.gz version.
Any ideas? Anyone have the same issue?
