Gallery of Links

I'm looking for some good options on how to handle this situation. I have a site with a PEOPLE page. Currently, in the static version of the site, we have a large table in the middle that shows all 10 people.
Each has a photo, and a link to their individual page. I'd like to mimic this in CMSMS, but am struggling a bit as to how to fit it into the CMS so it's not a big manual table to tweak if a new employee shows up or one gets canned.
I know I can move a level of the menu away from the main menu, but that will only give me the text. Is it possible to add an image to the link? I'm open to options.
I'm on the latest version of CMSMS.
