Div hyperlink! onclick in java

Hello peeps,
I want to make a hyperlinkble DIV.. i have tryed this so far and it works
but,
I want to use a CMSMS link to a page on my website, i know you kan get the URL tag but i'm running different languages and i want to use this later in my NEWS module to make the news items full clickable. I tryed to use the tag but i dont get the right results... some one can help me with this?
