a nice to have in css sheets

the css sheets with the installation need a brief indication of what each item does instead of the user having to spend an entire day trying to figure out which one to change.
by the very nature of php it is not always obvious which file sets a particular style class, it would just be so much easier if a quick note was left as an indication.
