How can I correct this error:

Remove the FLVPlayer module. Perhaps it didn't install correctly or the files were not uploaded correctly.

No, it's not that, it depends on the CGExtensions module, you'll have to install that as well.

Where do I find the CGExtensions module and how do I install it. Should it have been installed in the normal install?

The flvplayer module gave an error when I installed it. I thought it would have removed all its file since it did not install.

the same place you found the flv module; it's in the modulemanager or the "forge" (the development link at the top of every cmsms web site page).
