Noob Help: creating an english-french site

Hi There,

I am justing starting out in CMS made simple, and have a simple question that may be easily answered;

1. I have to create a bilngual site (english/french) where when the user clicks on the french link, they see french page, and if they click on the english content, they see the english page.

2. The french content would be inputted by the user and not translate on the fly.

3. The admin section does not have to be french.

Question: is there a simple add-on I can apply, or do I have to modify the code? I am presuming the admin and databases have to be changed?

There's an unofficial CMSms multilang version - please make a look at link "Development".

You can just make the languages the top level of your pages.
Then make pages for each languages below that.
The language level can be hided and then you can make the menu call just start at level 2. Here is a site that uses this tecnique:
