CMS Made Simple Forums

I install CMSMS 1.2 on Windows with XAMPP 1.6.4.
Checking permissions and PHP settings test passed. I press button Continue. My browser looks forward to response. After timeout breaks connection. As a result I cannot get on page 2 of process of installation.

try with another supported admin browser.
And review the http logS to find what is happening.
