[SOLVED] Cataloger category page as default?

Hi friendly helpful people!

I purposely deleted my original homepage (ok, so I wish I hadn't now!) and my site somehow latched on to a Cataloger Item page as its default but I want to change it to another Cataloger page, but there's no Default tick or cross next to the Cataloger Category or Item pages in the Content-Pages list as though they can't be set as the default page at all. Is it possible? Is there a work-round? For now I've had to set the default to another page.

Site URL = http://www.loveleebay.co.uk
but I want this to be the homepage:
http://www.loveleebay.co.uk/index.php?page=home

Running CMSMS 1.2 (upgraded today from 1.4.1)
Using latest version of Cataloger

Thanks!  ;D

Isn't it possible to put a link to the cataloger module from the template that you currently have on your homepage (default)? Use as parameters: action='recent' count='1' alias='page_alias'. The page alias should contain one catalog item, otherwise you would get another picture (read item).
I haven't tested this since I'm up to level 1.1.2 and am aware of some strange things when the count='1'.

Site looks good, and although I'm more in favour of the south of Devon (Salcombe), this looks tempting too.

I think you could install the Content Aliases module, create a new alias which points to the Cataloger item, and set that as default.

Content Aliases says it only works on versions up to 1.1.2, but if you change it to 1.2 in ContentAliases.module.php it doesn't seem to have any adverse effect.

My family used to go to Woolacombe/Ilfracombe every year for our holidays; I must go back again sometime.

As usual, fantastically helpful people! I'm sorry duketown, it went over my head a little so I went for the Content Alias module and it's perfect - thanks stopsatgreen! I never realised exactly what that was for before now.

Thanks for the site feedback too, I'm nearly finished. It is lovely here, I'm an ex-Londoner... ;)

Thanks again, totally appreciated!
