I've installed the latest version of the random image script & inserted the script into the header section of the template (where I want the image displayed) but rather than showing a random image from the directory it displays the path to the image.

As an example it will just show: uploads/header/header_01.jpg

There are many and many script of random image. What is your?
Or try this, read help and for check add parameter: debug=1

Thanks, that one works perfectly. I was using random_image_selective.php
