Hey!

I'm prety new to cmsmadesimple and for now I managed to install mostly all of the modules for it but I have problems with installing any of image gallerys.

Can somebody help me with that? I found a lot of tutorials for them but I can't figure out any of them.

Mostly I don't understand the parts when I get a message that I don't have a GD installed of a ImageMagicks of sometning like that.

Please help if you can!

I tried with Gallery 2, GalleryS, ImageGallery and Singapore but none of them worked ad they should. I managed to install some of them but I wasn't able to embed them or tu run them with full options because of GD of Imagemagicks.

it's any easy module for Gallery2. I don't think that I can be simpler than this.

The problem is you probably running php without the GD library under localhost. On http://www.php.net/ you 'll find the instructions to install it.
On windows you could use wampserver which includes it in it's default install.

Hmmm.... I am having problems. Installed both g2mod and gallery2 without a problem, but what tag do I use to show the gallery inside my cmsms page? Looked everywhere but can't seem to find that small but very relevant piece of info...

New to CMSMS, but am really impressed!

I've tried to get the G2Mod to work, but after installing, receive the following error message:

Fatal error: opengallery2(): Failed opening required 'D:\Inetpub\everestinfo\laos2\modules\G2Mod/../../gallery2/embed.php' (include_path='.;c:\php\pear') in D:\Inetpub\everestinfo\laos2\modules\G2Mod\G2Mod.module.php on line 77

host = crystaltech.com who I remember telling me at one point they don't support "pear" for security reasons(?).
