Not Found - The requested URL was not found on this server

All,
I have had my site up and running without any problems whatsoever. I added a "section header" and a "page" under it and it stopped working, it is now stating "Not Found. The requested URL was not found on this server". I can't figure out why this is a problem.
I noticed that when I enabled the "section header", the new section header (Misc) is not formatted properly as the other three (3) section headers. I removed the page under the "Misc" page header and it is functional not, but the menu option is still not showing up properly. I am using the standard "CSSMenu top + 2 columns" template for all my pages.
This problem seems to be due to a stylesheet, template issue, but I don't know if that is the case or not. All I am looking to do is to add additional section headers (menu options, in fact) under which I will have pages.
You can see the problem for yourself by visiting www.caripito.com.
My question is: why is the above a problem since I have a couple of other section headers with Content under each one of them; that had not been a problem until now.
Please send me an email to anye@caripito.com if you have any ideas on how to fix it.
Thanks,
Angelo
