Upgrade Problem

I had a problem with the Admin Panel of CMS Made Simple after I installed a few modules. I should have installed them one at a time, but I didn't, therefore I'm not sure which module caused the problem.
The modules I installed were Feedback and Newsletter and a few others, just for good measure. The result was that I lost the CSS rendering of the Admin Panel (It just displayed as plain text.
I have just carried out an upgrade to the latest stable version:
CMS Made Simple 1.2 "Barbados"
However during the upgrade, whilst the system upgraded the search module, I received the message that:
Table 'xxxxxx_xxxxx.cms_module_uploads' doesn't exist. (replaced the database name with x's)
I have tried to reinstall the search module and I get the same message, as above.
How do I reinstall the above database table? I have access to phpMyAdmin and CPanel.
I have tried to create a new table with phpMyAdmin, however it asks for the number of fields, which I don't know.
Thanks for your help.
