This is driving me crazy.

FileManager 0.2.0
At some point FileManager started making directories without a capital first letter in name. But the dropdown menu in FileManager still is using Capital Letters. Thus "File" is in dropdown, but the actual directory name is "file".
This is also true for flash, images and media.
Sometimes it's the little things that can really get to you. I had to rearrange hundreds of files into the renames directories to get things consistent again.
Please fix this.

Actually my error. The dropdown is the Resource Type dropdown in the fckeditor resources browser, when you attempt to upload a file.
I assumed it was part of FIleManager, but actually realized in answering your question that it must be part of FCKeditor.
