Video Content - NOT YOUTUBE - but using CMS Made Simple with video content

We are trying to find a module or a way to do the following:
1. Display video's
2. Have seperate categories for videos
3. Upload and Delete Videos
Not worried about the conversion aspect, we will handle all that PRIOR to uploading.
Does anyone know of a Module or a way to do this - and we rather not go the YouTube Route.
Thanks

Hi there
it depends on your abilities:
I THINK that you could PRETTY easily modify the album/news/cataloger module to do this
But, it's not necessarily something you'll find a ton of help with.
It'd be a great thing to have one written specifically for this...
You could theoretically: make your thumbnail of the video: make your video: upload in a news article, using the SUMMARY field for the thumbnail, and embedding the video in the CONTENT.
Then you can call the summary (by categories/dates if you desire) as your thumbnail strip, and clicking would take you to a full view of the video.
Does that make sense? yuo can do that without any php hacking. Just CSS for styling.

I just realized that there is a search feature on all pages:
it doesn't appear in Opera!! so I've never seen it.
the Paypal button is ALSO missing.
It's odd: I didn't realize that FLVPlayer was there because I didn't see it in the listings without searching!
I know this isn't the place for problems with site, but maybe it's good to look at that with the new design, make sure that things work in FF/opera/safari/& IE.

I have been searching for the 2 modules you have talked about in your reply but I can not find them.
Can you provide a direct link to them?

Hi, I am finally getting around to installing the flash player and when I do I get the following error:
ERROR: The CGExtensions module could not be found.
Yet I found no documentation on the flash player to tell me what i need - anyone have a clue?
Where do I get the Flash video Player

I was able to get the Flvplayer installed but it says I need to do the following:
Go to the preferences tab of the FLV Player admin panel, and enter the URL to the base of your flash video player. Next, enter the URL to your collection of FLV files.
Where do I find a Flash Video Player?
