I have what may be consdiered a silly question so here it goes -

How could I have a site built with CMS made simple while not necessarily having a domain name ?

Is there a way I can show someone a site without having a domain name associated with it ?

You can use a DNS entry too like http://123.456.789.01

Install a local server on your pc (like xampp from apachefriends.org).
