When I look at the source code of my homepage I see that underneath the link to the main satyleheet, I also have this:

Code: Select all

<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="RSS 2.0" href="http://www.techsinthecity.co.uk/devsite/index.php?mact=News,cntnt01,rss&cntnt01showtemplate=false&cntnt01category=&cntnt01number=20&cntnt01returnid=15" />
Is this because I have a news summary item on my homepage - I notice that this styleshhet also appears on my news pages.

Is it required? Do I need it? If so what for?

Not sure what it's for to be honest, but if it's meant to be there then that's fine.
