HELP! I can´t publish my news (the "Status" buttom is missing)

For questions and problems with the CMS core. This board is NOT for any 3rd party modules, addons, PHP scripts or anything NOT distributed with the CMS made simple package itself.

HELP! I can´t publish my news (the "Status" buttom is missing)

Hi,

I can´t publish my news since my "Status" buttom is missing. Consequently does my news end up as drafts and not published. What is wrong? I have published articles before but I guess something must have happened since my web master updated my CMS.

Thanksful for any help!

Check if "Approve News for frontend" is checked in the user-permissions. That is an extra permission added to the News-module.
