Got the problem on index(user side):

Fatal error: Call to undefined function token_get_all() in /sata1/home/users/volocuga/www/www.domain.com/lib/smarty/internals/cor ... nclude.php on line 45

but admin side works good

Help!!!!

Your host needs to install tokenizer support into php.
