CMS Made Simple Forums

I know that TinyMCE allows for a list when a link is inserted (http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/tinymce/do ... t_url.html).

Does CMSMS capable of generating this list automatically?  I thought I remember reading that it does but I'm not sure.
