I am trying to setup links from one parent to another. I have each parent using a different template. I cannot figure out how to setup a link for example:

Home Page has the following links:
Section
Anatomy

I am trying to setup links to each parent page (Section and Anatomy).

Please help!

So your page structure is...

1 home
2 section
3 anatomy

I don't know where you want the links but most times you use the {menu} tag to get links to your pages...

Need more input, I believe there is a sticky topic about getting ? answered...
