WYSIWYGGenerateHeader() function not called

If any WHYSIWYG editor apart from the packed in TinyMCE editor is selected, the WYSIWYGGenerateHeader() does not get called, and the javascript include tags don't get output in the page header, causing the WYSIWYG editor to not work at all.
To duplicate I set up a clean install of CMSMS 1.2 on a different ubuntu server and installed FCKeditor 1.0.3.
