Problem with the beta

Hi,

I thought why not take the Version 0.11beta1 and replace it from Version 0.10.1 on my server. As I didn't want the destroy anything I just started to transfer the admin & lib folders. But now when I have done so I get this error message:

Code: Select all

Warning: mysql_pconnect(): Access denied for user: 'cms@localhost' (Using password: YES) in /the correct path is here/lib/adodb/drivers/adodb-mysql.inc.php on line 366

Fatal error: Smarty error: the $cache_dir 'TMP_CACHE_LOCATION' does not exist, or is not a directory. in /the correct path is here/lib/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1088
Looks like the user is wrong, I thought everything got called from the config file(which I didn't change) and nothing get writtin about the user in other file? Or will the new config file look a bit different?

Thankful for any help, because the site is now unusable!

There is a new fileloc.php file in the doc root.  Upload that as well.

Thanks Whishy! This worked out great!

I also have an other problem with the Beta, when I want to add a stylesheet I have just '--Add Me - mediatype --:' next to a formfield and I just can't add anything. Tried to add a mediatype 'screen' but it says: 'probem trying to add CSS(or something like that)'

Thanks / Gnolen

Need to run upgrade.php also to add that field to the database.

In order words, just upgrade the whole site and back it the old one.  ;)

Hey Wishy,

I have done the upgrade with upgrade and it said everything was ok. But still...the same! '

--Add Me - mediatype --:' comes up and I can save my CSS...Which one is the new SQL field actually?
