[Solved] Template and flash work

I need to put a current site, written with tables, into CMS Made Simple. To do this I would like to convert the site to valid xhtml - css while we're at it and leave the table based design.
At the same time the customer requested some small changes to flash animations on the site, thinks like move that animation slower, change text in that animation etc.
I'm looking for someone who can do all this and finish it this week.
