My PicasaWebAlbumBrowser works well but image titles are not in the right coding (UTF8). On the picasa google page it is OK but imported titles are garbled.
Do you know anybody why?

Import: Slavnosti železa
On Picasa web: Slavnosti železa

Just change 'htmlentities' to 'htmlspecialchars' in file PicasaWebAlbumBrowser.module.php (6 times - rows 614-617 and 695-696)...
