Problems showing news bg-image in IE

Hello,

I'm currently working on a website: www.klemtoon.org/puur/ and the bg-image from the news section on the right is mostly shown behing the general bg-image...
does anyone know how this is even possible?

I don't get your problem completely,

I checked in IE7 and FF and see the News-container fading in the right sidebar. Is that what you mean?
That is caused by the image you put behind the right sidebar, that is already going from white->blue.

If this is not what you mean, could ou explain a little more and tell the browser as well.

Looks the same to me in Firefox and IE6...

Thanks for te replies,

well: in IE6 it happens that the menu.jpg is not visible... Its been placed behind the main.jpg...
But if you've checked both IE6 and IE7 without disappearing the menu.jpg... than it might be some local problem.
Using mac, so no IE on the PC.
