Nice looking site...however, your email and name fields are so wide on Mac OSX Firefox 2.0.0.7 that they break out of your sidebar and push the flash image outside the containing box.
I would also suggest a different background color in your menus in the hover state, so that it is easier to tell what menu item you're selecting.
