Both websites look good. Clear and organized. But I have two things, which I would have done differently.

First the colors, both sites look a bit 'down' because you use cold colors, try to add a fresh color somewhere.
Seconly in http://www.aquarius-it.de the upper 3 menu-buttons can only be clicked when the text of the button is chosen. I would make a link of the whole button.

The left side of the page is getting cut-off for me in both Firefox and Internet Explorer 6 on the "Aquarius" site.  At the same time, there is lots of "extra" gray background on the right side...

Otherwise they look quite nice.
