Ongoing contract work!

Hi Guys,
There is an ongoing contract work oppurunity up for grabs. Can build a good relationship overtime, which benefits you, me and our client.
I am looking for someone who knows CMS made simple really well. Some who knows how to convert a html website to a CMSMS driven website. Thats the basic requirement really. Yes, I will try my best to select CSS based templates, which will speed up the conversion. Few of the templates will be from templatemonster, can those be converted into CMSMS driven websites?
Also, having flash skills would be good to attract more work in future.
You need to be good at communication (English) and should be avialable on Skype, MSN, etc on a agreed time. I will leave the development up to you and wont bother you much at all

• Your first and last name
• Your contact info - Email, Phone number, Skype or MSN id
• list few of the sites you setup with CMS made simple
• Suggest what sort of pricing model you would like. Give me an estimate on how much $ per site or per hour. Most website will be only 6 or 7 pages only and wont have much complexity.
Get back to me asap, as I have work on the table, which is ready to be picked up.
