302 loop {solved}

i'm trying to install it on a windows 2000, iis5.0 server
when i'm trying to access the root i get a redirect to the root url. so this results in a loop until firefox stops.
i have no idea where to look for a config problem. so if you have any ideas i would be glad

my fault, i forgot to rename the modified config file for the new server to config.php
