CMS Made Simple Forums

Hi,
being experienced with CMSMS, I decided to install in on a server (it's a commercial hosting) in a subfolder.

The server is running Apache 1.3.37 (Unix), PHP  5.2.3, MySql 4.1.22-standard. I know sometimes is lazy whar I change configuration...

Well, downloaded the stuff and installed following the Quick FTP Install instructions.
All the steps went fine, until I got the "Success!" message. To be exact I'm talking about the final screen, where the program asks me the document folder and this mysterious Query "I don't remember what" where's written "page".
Only a little remark: "leave this value alone" means "leave it as it is" or "leave it empty"?, sorry for my English...

Ok, I leave all as it is and click OK (or continue, I don't remember) and... nothing! The browser tries to get a page until the timeout.

After this, if I try to access to the homepage, it brings me to the 2nd step of installation.

Any ideas?

ok, leave the "page" default value for the "mysterious question".

Do you have a supported admin browser ?
Do you use a reliable FTP tool ?

What "lights" weren't green in the wizzard ?

And most of all : what do you mean by "on a server in a subfolder" ? Is there already something on the server ? Is there already some config or settings like URL rewriting or so ?
