How to protect frontoffice content with same backoffice login/pwd ?

Hello world
I am using at my work CMSMS 1.1.1, and I've created groups of editors in the back office.
On the frond end side, my website needs to be protected by a login and password, for that I've seen that the module frontendusers could do the job without problems.
But before I integrate this module in my pages, I would like to know if people who are registed in the backoffice as editors and administrators will automatically get the permissions to browse the website without needing of new frontend login ?
Because if they would have to log in the site 2 times, I am sure it will be difficulte for them to accept theses constraints...
Thanks for your help.
