Image description under the image in the WYSIWYG editor

Hello,
I have been looking around in forums (TinyMCE forum also) but found no info on how to make thing as stated in the topic. The thing is, that when i insert image in the news article (via TinyMCE or FCKeditor), i need to display an author of the picture under the picture.
Has anyone got to implement such trick?
