TinyMCE editor does not display

I have searched the forums for an answer to this problem and found some discussion, but no solution that has worked for me yet.
I have a CMSMS site that I have been using and upgrading since before version 1.0 was released. I have never been able to get the TinyMCE module to work at all. I just upgraded to CMSMS version 1.1.2 and hoped to use TinyMCE now that it is the official WYSIWYG editor, but it still does not work! (I do not get any errors in the firefox error console)
I have an install of CMSMS 1.1.1 for another site (hosted on the same server) and the TinyMCE module works fine.
I have checked all the standard things such as user permissions etc...
Anyone have any suggestions?
