CMS Made Simple Forums

In my vertical menu there are some 50 items. I've  set the containing div  to 32em height with scroll . Everything works great. Is there anyway that when an item lower down the menu list (and hidden until scrolled to) is selected and the page appears that the menu item stays in view?

Any examples  anyone can point me to or has anyone an idea of how I could go about doing this?
