this is a link to a very quick attempt at doxygenatng the module class.

Wishy:

Have you played with doxygen on the code before. I think with some comment tweaks ( classes ) then the project will doxygenate well.

I've never tried doxygen before.  Everything was documented using the phpdoc specs, but I'm not sure that's even developed anymore...
