What do you mean with the menu-text. The text inside the menu is pulled from the content. If you add new content, those names will end up in the menu.

When you edit page, go to Content > Pages click name of page, You will see Menu Text: and Title:, menu text is what gets displayed in menu, title is used in the title bar of the browser and any where the {title} tag is used, also if you change the name of page go to Options tab and rename Alias: or delete/leave blank and CMSMS will fill with an alias...

I use multilingual CMS, and the Menutext/Title works at every language except with the main language!

If i try to change the browser "Title" for this certain page in the main language, it also changes the "Menutext"
(although Menutext:textgoeshere remains in the panel)?!
How do i fix this?

If you use that variant, please change title of this thread to "How to replace menu text in CMSMS MLE 1.1.2", so Alby or others can recognise this issue.

Thanks
