text size buttons

Been looking at various CMS's for a client who is very keen that the site should conform to accessibility standards. He likes Papoo because of the A+ and A- buttons which when clicked make the text on the page larger or smaller. I am trying to convince him that cmsms is the cms to go for, but is there some way of incorporating a similar thing in a cmsms template? That would definitely sell it to him!

You'll need a JS to do this, and then some images...
Here's the script...
