Missing pages

I've done a contact form and it shows up in the menu but not in the list of pages in admin. Worse still, when I look at the page on the site, it's blank. Any ideas how I can find it in admin's list of pages? I've looked at the full list and I'm certain it's not there.

What menu-number is shown if you check the source of the page for the link you press to show the contact-form. Are you sure, that no page is having a different "Menu-name" and "page-alias", then you see in the content. Did you try re-ordering the pages, and then submitting without making any real changes.

When I click on the page in the menu, I get a 'pretty URL' rather than a page number. No, I'm certain that the it's not a problem with a difference between the menu name and page alias. I looked at 'reorder pages' and it's not there either but I did what you suggested and submitted without any change. Still can't find the page. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't showing up in the menu and then displaying a blank page.

Did you check your template, if there is a fixed calling there, or through GCB or something?

This is the page that is missing from the page list in admin. In fact there are two identical pages in the menu because when it didn't show up in the list the first time I did it, I did the same page again.
It's using a template that is used elsewhere on the site without problems.

I've notived something else.
When I go to 'reorder pages' the top entry is ( ) in the position that both missing pages are showing in the menu and on the sitemap. If I try to move the ( ) entry, I get a smarty error, when I click away from the page showing the error, it disappears even when I go back to the page that showed it. When I go back to 'reorder pages' the ( ) entry is back at the top.
I put these pages under a parent category which today I deleted together with the two pages that were in it to see if that made the pages show up - no luck.
Please - any ideas, I really need to fix this.
