I am new to CMS, and really know nothing about using CMS. Questions I have got:

Really don’t know where to read for tutorials (instructions)?

Whets step do I need to take to start on a CMS?

What do I need to download? Why do I need it?

To tell you the truth I want to start CMS, but don’t how.

Hello and welcome webster-24...

First stop would be to the Users Handbook, it's under the Documentation tab above, it will get you started on installing it...

Then you should really read all the pages that it installs, they are good for a study on how it works and what to do with it...

The demo link at the bottom of my post will get you into a working CMSMS system where you can see how the back end works if you want to kick the tires before installing...
