web site to be set up using CMSms

I am looking for someone who knows CMS made simple really well, I have a rush need for a site to be set up on our server.
The design is approved and all the text is done, it a simple site.
You need to be a great communicator (English and/ or French) and send me status reports on your progress often.
Please send me an email with the following info:
• Your first and last name
• Your contact info and time that we can call you
• list of sites you setup with CMS made simple
note I have regularly have work like this.
