Hi,
Can I use CMSMS as a blog software?
Can I add RSS feed or tag and ping using CMSMS?
Can I have visitors post comments or rate the articles?
Can I replace Wordpress to CMSMS?

And I think you are using CMSms for a longer time now so you should know what's possible with CMSms.

Yes. It has a separate Blog module or you are using a News / Comments module mix.

Yes. News module provide feeds, not sure if Blog module it does.

Think so. There's a plugin named RateThis.
