Need someone to create templates for 2 commercial projects

I am in need for someone to take my HTML/CSS templates and turn them into a CMSms powered website.
I am looking for someone who knows CMSms really well, can answer my questions about the system, could offer advice, etc.
You need to be a great communicator and send me status reports on your progress often.
I need someone to work with me in the next 2-3 weeks.
Please send me an email with the following info:
* Your first and last name
* Your location
* Your contact info
* The hours you are available during the day
* list of sites you setup with CMSms

I can adapt your designs in CMS but my handling of english is very basic to have a great communication (i speak spanish). Also I offer myself, look, to this site I made template to him:

First of all, I don't think I'm qualified for the job (at this time, you never know in the future
).
Since commercial situations might end up in: am I really geting the solution on the buyer side and on the builder side: do I get paid for the job.
I recommend to work thru
www.Rentacoder.com. It cost not that much, but both parties work in a save arena. Bidding is allowed, but as a buyer you are able to directly place a project to a specific coder (the builder).
Good luck and maybe we meet each other there sometime.

Ive only been using CMSMS for a few weeks.....My website is nearly done, gone live
and Mark has ALWAYS answered and SOLVED every question I've asked.
