How can I add a new font in CMS, I have font Sansa on my pc and want to use it in CMS. I changed the stylesheet where the line Arial, Verdana etc is to have also Sansa, but I assume the font file should be somewhere also. Who knows how to add this?

The font is not part of the CMS, nor the CSS file. It's not part of the web standards to provide a font with a webpage.
However, there are some techniques, that involve Adobe Flash, to overcome this. You will have to experiment with projects like sIFR (link).

When in CMS content, when creating a page, you can select a font, there are some 5 font mentioned here, the questions is how to add a font to that list, is that some where on my PC and not o the server?

The list is internal to your editor.
What is your web editor?

Be warned:

Makes not sense to use such not well known fonts for text. The browser of your website guests can only show this font if they have also installed on pc.

A solution could be to use TrueTypeText module

http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/projects/truetypetext/

(Take NOT the last RC version!)

or you create a webfont
