HVAC/R Service Company Website

We are a HVAC/R (Heating & Cooling) Service Comapny. Our website has been running on CMSms for a little over a year now.
Our current template is active on our website: http://www.cacinc.net
For about the past month or two I have been working on a new template for our website and as soon as I can finish it, clean all the little things up, and test it, I will be moving the site onto the new template. You can preview the template here: http://www.cacinc.net/home-V4-1.html.
I would love to know what you all think of the current template and the new one.
