CMS Made Simple Forums

I installed 0.7.1-svn from the cms-daily.tar.gz earlier today. When I go to the Template Management page, there are no current templates. Not good. So, I went back to 0.7. Now when I go to the Site Preferences page, there's no Submit button (no way to submit changes on the form). I can't remember if it was there before, I've never used the Site Preferences page.

Never mind on the lack of a submit button on the Site Preferences page. I just realized that I was logged in as a non-admin user.
