Is there a module that will do this?

I'm working on a site for a friend. She's a dog trainer and she's hoping to have some sort of database for people to log in and check their progress. For example: Say I take her Level 1 class with my dog Spot. When I go to register for Level 2 I can log in and see when I completed Level 1 and if it was actually with Spot or with my other dog Beau.
Any thoughts?
