Using CMSMS 1.1 and trying to install module Mysqldump 1.2.3 using the Module Manager.
Get error message:
Checksum error. This probably indicates a corrupt file, either when it was uploaded to the repository, or a problem in transit down to your machine.
expected: 57b8a458f98a60bbc2f5e7925588fd05 and got 703762acd6fd272df377bc3d8e305541
Other modules have downloaded ok, and wanted to get the mysqldump before upgrading to 1.1.1.
Any ideas please?

Hello,
a very little idea : retry. remove the module and retry its install.
Is the problem reproductible ?
You are trying automatic XML install, aren't you ?
There is the old "copy by hand" last ressort too. Do you install via FTP or SSH ?

Hello Pierre. Thank you for reply. I was trying to download using the Module Manager list where it shows all available modules under each letter of the alphabet. I have now downloaded the XML file from the Forge as you suggested and then uploaded and it has installed correctly.
Thanks again. Although there is still obviously a problem with the Module Manager download method which somebody may need to fix.

Feel free to file a bug in the forge about Module Manager.
Describe the context, config, what you expect, what you get, how to reproduce...

Done.
http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/bug/list/197. By the way, you can install the module from xml file on the forge project's page.

According to the bug resolution
This module was created in 2006, as a temporary mean of backup, for CMS Made
Simple, version 1.0.
At the end of 2006, the main developers told me my module was to soon become
completely obsolete. New versions of CMS Made Simple (version 1.1 and newer)
should now include a native backup system.
