CMS Made Simple Forums

Hi,

I've just started using CMSMS and I like it a lot!! (good work everyone!)

Previous I've used gallery (http://gallery.menalto.com/) on a few sites and i'm just woundering if there someone who has implemented it on a CMSMS site? And if so, how do you do that?

Is there some other good album/gallery mods that someone can recomend?
What I need is a multiple picture uploader (on the admin panel) and a slideshow functionallity (on the frontpage)..

In the Forge you'll find the latest versions of a few modules for galleries.

Album and Cataloger can do a lot and may work for you. Before you attempt installing all these modules that -- unfortunately -- do not come with any examples, you may want to use the Forum advanced search: search the "CMS Show Off" board with the name of a module as the keyword. You'll find good examples of Album and Cataloger and maybe a few others too.

I have not used any of these, so you will need to research them in the Forge and in the Forums yourself.

I am using Album in my still-in-development (sigh!) site.

Altjough I do not know the gallery you have used previously, Album uses several different, highly-adaptable templates that you should be able to modify to your needs.
